This is an old and well-developed climbing crag near Dushanbe with 5a - 6c routes. Sport and multi-pitch climbing. Best time: spring, autumn. This sector is located under the sun and can be very hot in summer however very nice in winter.

Getting there

20min drive from Dushanbe and 45min hike with good elevation gain (good opportunity to warm up before climbing)

Drive to 19 km of Varzob road and turn left to the parking lot near the mosque. Leave your car in the parking lot, cross the bridge leading to a village and walk up the bad steep trail that starts approx 20 meters after the bridge on the left side of the road.

Be careful with the first steep section of the trail. It is bad and have a lot of loose stones that can fall and hit someone on the road below.

Then follow the trail. Use GPS to avoid getting lost. Download track
